Purpose: Douglas County Youth Tobacco Prevention Advisory Council. The mission of the Youth Advisory Council is to reduce the use of tobacco products and exposure to second hand smoke in Douglas County through education, policy development, and mobilization of all youth in the community. The council meets monthly and participates in regular leadership, educational and advocacy projects.
